Job Description
Job Responsibility
Ensure that SOPs of Quality Standards of Operating Procedure and QA Guidelines are adhered by all operation team members (production, logistics, and warehouse).
Maintain clean, well-segregated storage and perform sanitation inspection in the production area when needed.
Work together with the production team members to ensure cost-effective, high-quality, and products are delivered in a timely manner.
Check and ensure the accuracy and quality of product orders in good condition.
Responsible for the accurate number of cartons being delivered for transportation.
Perform incoming inspection, work in progress, and final inspection.
Inspect and communicate about overage, shortage, and damages to QA Department.
Support regular inspection meetings with representatives from appropriate departments to establish an action plan to improve build quality.
Investigate any quality issues to identify the root cause and raise appropriate corrective action paperwork and ensure issues are addressed and resolved.
Assist to prepare all QC reports, presentations, and proposals as stipulated by the superiors.
Performs other related duties/ tasks as assigned by superior/ management.
Job Requirements
Must possess at least a Diploma in Food Science or other related disciplines.
Minimum 1 year of work experience in the related field.
Experience in handling warehouse will be an added advantage.
Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Excellent presentation, communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
A valuable team player and able to work independently.
Well-versed in technical documents, manuals, and blueprints to ensure that products meet the correct standards.
Possess basic knowledge of Quality Control Systems, especially FIFO.
Detail oriented to spot issues and monitor products or parts that do not meet compliance.
Computer literate with good command of both written and spoken English and Malaysia.
Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Possess own transport and willing to travel.
