Job ResponsibilityJob Responsibilities:
Perform material verification at preparation area until mixing process, ensure all material used are within acceptable shelf-life period, and in good packaging condition.
Perform inspection of material storage condition and specification are met to standard. Ensure all storage condition complies to GMP and GHP requirements, allergen management system and issuance is based on FIFO and FEFO.
Monitor and record operating activities to meet quality specification and properly controlled. All operational processes are according to SOP and complies to GMP and GHP requirements.
Initiate non-conformance case for non-compliance / non-conformance of raw material, procedure, process and finished product from production, based on quality specification standard and customer requirements.
Perform finished goods inspection and verification prior to goods release from manufacturing plant to comply to food safety regulations and customer requirements.
Perform daily wastage verification at all designated waste points.
Perform daily product shelf-life verification and initiate non-conformance for any non-conforming products.
Perform and report internal calibration for QC monitoring devices.
Conduct weekly hygiene inspection for production area and operation workers.
Conduct weekly pest control inspection and report on pest findings.
Involved in department internal audit and halal audit.
To perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
Job Requirement:
Candidate should possess a SPM/ Diploma / Advanced Diploma or equivalent in All Business Field
Preferably at least 2 years of working experience with QC function in food industry for Diploma Holder.
Preferably at least 4 years of working experience with QC functions in food industry for SPM holder.
Preferably Non-Executive specializing in Manufacturing / Production or equivalent.
Good communication skills in Malay and English language for both spoken and written.
Able to work with minimal supervision and under minimal pressure.
Hardworking, attention to details, intuitive and cooperative.
Able to work on rotation shift.
