Job Responsibility2.1 Check incoming material according to raw material, packing material & OPP material specification.
2.2 Check all specification of operation according to Quality Plan.
2.3 Check product moisture of semi-finished products at oven, crackers, stick & muruku, chocolate, potato & packing.
2.4 Monitor and check the cleanliness at the process floor, machine, toilet, changing room and factory compound.
2.5 Visible checking on production wastage & rubbish before they send to rubbish area.
2.6 Check the process flow during production running.
2.7 To assist QC Supervisor during check return goods.
2.8 To assist R&D Supervisor during production test run, sensory & preparation of sample.
2.9 To assist QC Supervior collecting data for recording and data analysis.
2.10 To report to QC Supervisor for issuing NCR.
2.11 Report to QC & Production Supervisor if any product & raw material out of specification.
