Job Responsibilityo Responsible in conformance of raw materials, finished goods and additive to required specifications besides involving in product development.
o To monitor and execute all QC procedures, documentations and records and to make sure all the activities are implemented.
o To ensure quality control activities such as sampling and laboratory testing are carried out on time and systematically according to specification.
o To expedite disposition of quality non- conformance by communicating proposed rectification.
o Maintain lab infrastructure in good working conditions and calibration as scheduled with well maintenance of the master list of lab equipment calibration.
o To provide assistance in establishment, implementation and maintenance of the iso 9001 Quality Management System.
o Awareness of Quality Policy, Objective, Risk and their controls.
o Report promptly on QC result for raw materials and finished goods.
o Monitor the risk and opportunity register and verify the status of action plans.
Job Requirement:
o Diploma or Degree in Civil/ Construction/ Chemical Engineering or Chemical Science or equivalent.
o At least 2 years relevant experience in quality control or laboratory work for cement, mortar or concrete products.
o Required language: BM and English
o Recommended by the management if do not possess above qualification.
