Job ResponsibilityJOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensuring efficient documentation and implementation of all quality management system.
Planning and coordinating all IMS related activities.
Ensuring all documents relating to the maintenance of quality are updated and maintained.
Coordinating quality meeting and follow-up on all quality issues raised.
Liaison with Senior Production Staff on the potential cause of quality related issues.
To initiate, update and implement quality control procedures and test methods in accordance with customers' requirements.
Preparing and analyzing all specified quality reports on monthly basic.
To involve in all quality related complaint investigation and implementation of corrective action.
To involve in performing and reporting new materials testing.
Assisting his/her superior on all quality related projects.
Providing training on quality related topic QC staff.
Aware of the risks and control the risk effectively.
