Job Responsibility1. Lead & manage QA&QC team to develop & maintain quality management system to ensure factory operation activities are according to the standard specifications and requirement
2. Working with operating staff to establish procedures, standards, systems and procedures
3. Investigate and analyse any complaint or feedback from customer
4. Monitor all operations that affect quality to ensure reliable and consistent processes and final output
5. Ensure all documentation related to QA&QC department are developed and organised properly and systematically
6. To ensure manufacturing plant are certified with certification such as Halal, MESTI, GMP, HACCP and any other certification required
7. Ensure all workers and staff are adhering to the proper regulation
8. Work together with R&D team in developing new product and maintaining quality of raw material used
9. Proactive in contributing ideas and suggestions to improve overall production process quality
10. Other relevant task related to the job scope.
