Job ResponsibilityResponsibilities:
- Ensuring the incoming / in-process / outgoing raw materials and products meet the quality requirements and inspected within the specific time frame.
- Maintaining the proper recording and documentation.
- Monitoring effectiveness of quality control procedures and processes. Proposing and implementing improvement where necessary.
- Ensuring the products comply with the statutory, regulatory and/or standard requirements.
- Collecting and compiling statistical quality data
- Preparing report to communicate outcomes of quality activities
- Coordinating and supporting on-site audits conducted by external parties
- Supporting QA/QC Supervisor on implementation and maintenance of all auditable documented information for the adapted QMS and to comply with ISO 9001 requirements.
Requirements:
- Degree in Manufacturing/Industrial or related field.
- Possesses knowledge of general QA/QC processes and methods.
- Strong work ethics
- To follow established test and calibration methods / procedures / schedules as defined by the SOP.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Computer literate.
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
