Job ResponsibilityJob Description:
-Process control, line monitoring & finished goods monitoring.
=> Prepare summary report of ON HOLD activities, analyze & report.
=> Verify QC Daily Inspection Check Sheet.
-Customer Return / GRR Monitoring
=> Prepare summary report of GRR, analyze and reporting.
-CAR issuance & verification
=> Issue internal CAR & follow up with respective department on the corrective action.
=> Review CAR replied & verify the effectiveness of the corrective action implemented.
-Customer complaint investigation
=> Assist Asst. QA Manager in information collection and investigation.
-New material / new machine quality qualification testing
=> Summarize the testing results, prepare report, submit results and report to Assistant QA Manager.
-Daily rejection / waste monitoring.
-Assist to coordinate with Assistant QA Manager for Schedule Waste Collection.
-Assist in calibration system, record and submit report to Assistant QA Manager.
=> Gauge / equipment condition monitoring.
=> Ensure all in house verification carried out as per scheduled.
=> Perform all in house verification for measuring equipment.
