Job Responsibility1. To perform inspection based on the check sheet requirement of products
2. Inform/feedback from time-to-time problem to superior by issuing the NCR
(Non-Conformance Report)
3. Do visual inspection and dimensional inspection report as per sampling requirements
4. Ensure non-conforming product is identified and segregated properly
5. To monitor movement activity of rework, sorting and material requisition
6. Educate production operators on the defects arise at customers
7. coordinate rework and sorting activities at customer premises if required
8. To perform any other jobs or duties as and when required by the superior
4.To report to IPQC engineer if the suspected processes are producing defective parts or have abnormalities
5.To put On Hold tag for lots that having problems and to report to IPQC engineers for further action
6.To perform any other jobs or duties as and when required by superior
