Job Responsibility1. Conducts measurements and quality tests for all input raw materials, start up and in-process at specific regular intervals to ensure that the product is manufactured to the required specifications.
2. Records measurements data into quality database to find variations outside the targeted product specification.
3. Check/ audit the process in each machines / station as viscosity checking, adhesive preparation, adhesive pot life and production records.
4. Inspection of cosmetic appearance of production outputs according to frequency.
5. Confers with machine operators' adjustments to maintain compliance with the current product specifications.
6. Put on hold sticker to isolates products that are out of specification.
7. Assist with the training of new employees to perform quality inspections of product.
8. Reporting any processing and quality defects issues to his/her superior.
9. Maintaining good housekeeping in laboratory, MRB area and retained sample area.
10. Keep all QA tools clean and in working condition.
11. Perform trial inspection and records results of all testing.
12. Undertake other duties assigned by superior from time to time.
