Job Responsibilityo Price sourcing among different vendors by obtaining same quality purchases
o Negotiate with vendors for the best or most cost-effective deals
o Research new potential vendors for more options
o Maintain strong working relationships with vendors
o Handle the purchases process in accordance with the company policies and procedures
o Communicate the approved purchase orders with the vendors, follow up on the delivery status and update users on the status timely
o Compare goods deliveries with issued purchase orders and contact vendors when there are discrepancies
o Manage records of purchase orders, goods receipt and goods issuance to ensure accurate and adequacy records for inventory control
o Perform stock balance inspection and reordering stocks as necessary
o Perform regular physical inventory counts to ensure that all stocks are consistent with the records in stock cards and system
o Any other relevant duties to be assigned from time to time.
