Job ResponsibilityPerform purchasing activities based on rules & regulations set by company.
Price compare & negotiating the lowest prices before confirm oders.
Review Stock purchase by monitoring market conditions, current stock levels, lead time required for
manufacturing, potential price increase, anticipation of new orders from customers, suppliers conditions.
Working with WH Department to ensure there is no excessive stock & track the status of any orders.
Working with QC Department to establish quality requirement for external suppliers & new materials
testing evaluation.
Working with PTY Department for new materials sourcing & supporting, to manage local and oversea
purchase enquiries.
Working with MK Department for packing material information for development.
Working with AC Department to ensure insurance declaration is done for purchase from oversea.
Working with SH Department for imported item documentation process and CJ application.
Handling and monitoring of claims to suppliers for defectives shortage quantity.
Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of item between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to
warehouse on time.
Any other duties & responsibilities assigned by superior or company management.
