Job ResponsibilityWe are looking for Purchaser who can connect with suppliers from all over the world to obtain goods/products with the most competitive price. Not only expecting lower prices, but we also ensure we sell products with good quality to customers. Purchaser are also expected to be sensitive to prices and trends of the product like grocery, fresh & non food.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with suppliers and carry out negotiation
- Looking for new suppliers from time to time
- Prepare shipping documentation
- Conduct market survey from time to time
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Process payment arrangement
- Process invoices and purchase orders
- Any other ad hoc task assigned by the management from time to time
Job Requirements- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma/ Degree in any field
- Mandarin literate is an added advantage
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong organizational & time management skills
- Sensitive to prices and trends of the product
- Applicants must be willing to work in Pandamaran, Klang
