Job ResponsibilityJOB DESCRIPTION :
1. Perform sourcing, evaluation of quotations, price negotiation and issuing of Purchase Order to vendors.
2. Communicate with internal functional groups and external suppliers to resolve issues pertaining to purchase and supply activities.
3. Support operations with their daily orders and undertake any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
4. Prepare timely monthly reports and maintain records in the system.
5. Ensure purchases are made at prices consistent with both quality and quantity requirements.
REQUIREMENTS :
1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/ Management or equivalent.
2. Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English.
3. At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
4. Proficient in MS Office and SAP
5. Team player with high integrity, interpersonal and communication skills.
