Job Responsibility- Perform sourcing, evaluation of quotations, price negotiation and issuing of Purchase Order to vendors.
- Communicate with internal functional groups and external suppliers to resolve issues pertaining to purchase and supply activities.
- Support operations with their daily orders and undertake any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
- Prepare timely monthly reports and maintain records in the system.
- Ensure purchases are made at prices consistent with both quality and quantity requirements.
