Job Responsibility

• Research potential vendors.
• Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
• Manage supplier negotiations, key supplier relationships, and frame work agreements with suppliers.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Prepares and reviews purchase orders.
• Review quality of purchased products.
• Sourcing suppliers based on price, availability, necessity, quality and logistical expenses.
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
• Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.
• Assists with negotiating settlement complaints and resolving disputes.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
• Perform other office duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Must be able to speak in Mandarin/English.
• Those with relevant job experience are preferred.
• Possess Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Purchasing Officer, Purchasing Agent or similar role.
• Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices. (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)
• Understanding of supply chain procedures.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office related software.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good attitude and responsible character.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Willingness to make quick and thoughtful decisions on behalf of the business.
