Job Description


Job Responsibility
  • Sourcing new potential vendors for each regional outlet.
  • Ensure vendors information & vendors registration in inventory software management are maintained.
  • Analyses and prepare reports on purchases, including cost analysis, consumption, and forecasting purchases, etc.
  • Update to Purchasing Manager for price adjustment from vendors.
  • Maintain to do price comparison and cost savings.
  • Work closely with R&D Team, Operation Team for cost control including recipe cost.
  • Work closely with HALAL Dept. Team for requirements & specifications.
  • Manage Market List items & vendors to each outlet in inventory software management.
  • Receive purchase request from outlets, process according to MOQ & submit purchase order to vendors.
  • Check & review planning requirement before purchase order issuance and follow up to ensure priorities materials being delivered to outlets or relevant departments.
  • Perform daily purchasing activities including purchasing and follow up delivery, liaise with vendors on all latest quotation, negotiation on prices, statement of account, credit terms & discounts, liaise with operation for new item required by operation team.
  • Review quality of purchased products and monitor all the incoming material delivery.
  • Performs random spot check to ensure SOP's compliance & all audit comment are taken to the accounts as & when require.
  • To assist the tendering process, such as preparing invitation letter, coordinate for the short briefing and site visit with vendor and share understanding the company requirement.
  • Ensure stock inventory exercise is being carried out on regular basis according to plan.
  • Coordinate and work closely with account & finance team for payment arrangement, goods receive note, goods returned note, statement of accounts and payment voucher.
  • Assist in new store opening, planning and arrangement.

Able to undertake the ad-hoc tasks and related duties as and when required from time to time


Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Management/ Supply Chain
  • 1-2 years experience in F&B industry (Supply Chain)
