Job Description

Job Responsibility
  • Search for an information about requirements and stock and determine the quantity and quality 
    to be purchased, costs, delivery dates and other contract conditions. 
  • Negotiating with suppliers and reviewing quotations. 
  • Negotiate and contract for the purchase of equipment, raw material, product, supply or purchase 
    of goods for resale. 
  • Reviewing suppliers and negotiate prices, discounts, credit terms and transportation 
  • Revise the PO (Purchase Order) prior to submission to the suppliers and make sure it is 
    received by the supplier. 
  • Determine delivery schedules, monitoring progress and contacting clients and suppliers to 
    resolve problems. 
  • Ensure delivery of materials and be sure until the appointed time. 
  • Making the acquisition of materials for the manufacturing process according to the quantity 
    required and according to the specifications provided by the Manager of Quality, and of 
    approved suppliers. 
  • Make decisions regarding substance refused either sent back to the supplier or disposed of in 
    the factory. 
  • Select items or products that meet the needs of the company. 
  • Monitor the distribution of goods and maintain adequate stock levels. 
  • Receive instructions from the management from time to time. 
  • Purchasing Executive has the authority for make the decisions/ gives instruction to all staff in 
    the Production department/ Warehouse & Logistic department in terms of ensuring the delivery 
    of materials or finished products in a timely manner.

Job Requirements
  • Candidate should possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in any field or equivalent qualification. 
  • Minimum 2 year of relevant working experience in Purchasing. 
  • A good team player and able to work under tight deadline 
  • Exhibit sharpness with follow through character 
  • Good application skills with MS office 
  • Possess good negotiation skills and a positive work attitude and be able to work well with all 
    levels of staff
