Job Description
Job Responsibility MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: o Develop a consistent and efficient supply chain, preferably locally sourced components o Raise purchase requisition or purchase order by following proper purchasing procedures and policies o Ensure material quality is of the highest industry standards o Seek to improve suppliers' production capacity and flexibility to meet our delivery schedule o Keeping track of current purchase orders o Keeping a record of past purchase orders o Keeping track of industry trend and market changes and update information timely o Cooperate with HQ to complete enquiry, comparison, negotiation and cost analysis of raw materials.
REQUIREMENT: o A bachelor's degree in engineering, logistics, business administration, or related field. o Sound ERP knowledge o Strong industry experience for accurate product / service quality assessments o Effective budgeting and cost control with some accounting acumen o Analytical thinking ability o Information and data accuracy are critical o Negotiation and business relations skills o Able to understand CAD or SolidWorks drawings o Precise verbal and written communication abilities o Possess high level of integrity, responsibility and transparency
