Full spectrum of purchasing process uncluding generating of PO, expediting and updating delivery and schedules
To prepare monthly report
Monthly stock take
To perform any ad-hoc tasks that are assigned
REQUIREMENTS :
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Degree or equivalent
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
Good in negotiation and problem solving skills
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent
Self motivated and capable of working independently
Ability to work at a details level and under tight timelines
Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients
