Job Description


Job Responsibility
  • Preparing or editing purchase orders from various department.
  • Checking if there is enough stock in the inventory to meet requirement.
  • Maintaining a filing system in the purchase department and updating appropriate records.
  • Assist with any others task as and when assigned.
  • Interacting with suppliers in case of delay in delivery of supplies, receipt of damaged or incorrect quantity of goods.

Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/Graduate/Diploma or any field.
  • At least (2) years of experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Positive working attitude, high integrity and learning skill with good teamwork.
  • Required language(s) Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Full-time position(s) available.
