Job Description:
1. Provides administrative and clerical support to the department.
2. Types reports, purchase orders, memoranda, and other documents.
3. Researches vendors and collects prices, specifications, and other data related
to goods and services.
4. Establishes and maintains recordkeeping system for purchasing department.
5.To source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers.
6. Performs other duties as assigned.
