Job ResponsibilityJob Responsibilities:
- Generate PO related to purchase of in-direct materials.
- Follow up on delivery schedule and related shipping and custom documents.
- Compile purchasing documents and assist in related clerical works.
- Other ad-hoc duties/tasks as assigned by superior.
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least STPM or Diploma in Business Studies or related field.
- Good computer skills (Eg. Microsoft Words, Excel, Power Point).
- Knowledge in Oracle System is an added advantage.
- 1 to 3 years working experience in similar function and capacity.
- Fluent in English and Malay languages.
- Follow rules and regulations.
- Team-work oriented.
