Job Description
Job Responsibility
Job Responsibilities:
1?Completed the procurement tasks assigned by the department according to the monthly procurement plan
2?Ensures that procurement is carried out in compliance to the company policy and department's standard operating procedures
3?Negotiate with suppliers to meet quality, delivery and cost objectives
4?Maintain updated records of purchased products and delivery information
5?Manage and review suppliers' performance based on quality, delivery
6?Compile information and records to draw up purchase orders for procurement of materials and services.
7?Draw up contracts and ensure all purchasing contract comply to contract specification, obligation, warranty, company requirement and include all submission of warranty etc as required in contract
8?Stock check with relevant departments when necessary
9?Any other ad-hoc assignments whenever necessary.
Requirement:
1?With a minimum education level of Diploma/Degree in Logistic, Finance/Economy/Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent.
2?Solid work experience in purchasing field is required for this position. Familiar in foreign trade, custom documentations, import & export procedures would be a STRONG advantage.
3?Required Skill(s): Cost control and negotiation skill, Ms Office, well-versed in internet sourcing and multi-lingual communication.
4?Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
5?Proficient in CHI, ENG, BM
6?Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision, excellent time management, priorities and organizational skills to work on multi-tasks with high sense of urgency and tight deadlines.
7?Able to work overtime when needed.
8?Good teamwork and communication skills.
9?Willing to be based in Kudat, Sabah.
