Job ResponsibilityJob Descriptions:
o Researching potential vendors, comparing & evaluating offers from suppliers
o Reviewing quality, offer prices, market research along analytical skills to ensure you are identifying the most profitable offers.
o Negotiating with suppliers on terms & pricing of goods.
o Entering PO, update report & stocks balance, control inventory turnover target by the Company.
o Ability to problem solve quickly and prioritize daily tasks according to their importance
o Perform supplier invoices checking and supplier reconciliation
o Processing and documenting Delivery Order, Purchase Order, Invoices and etc
o Organize and maintain all documents in a proper manner
o To ensure payment to suppliers in timely manner
o Assist in day-to-day accounting operations, monthly closing and monthly reporting
o Maintain proper filling of accounting documents for record keeping
Job Requirements:
o Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy
o Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
o At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Experienced in Retails is an added advantage.
