Job Responsibility

• Research potential vendors, compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
• Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
• Maintain a good relationship with suppliers
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery
• Review quality of purchased products
• Prepare purchase order, arrange shipment schedule, follow up with shipment
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices

Job Requirements

• No education level required
• Fresh graduate or candidate that have relevant working experience also welcome to apply
• Must able to communicate in mandarin
