Job Responsibility- Able to analyze sales and purchase data and make order planning.
- Continuously source for new suppliers.
- Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, pricing, timelines and others.
- Execute order planning, PO issuance to supplier, and ensure timeliness delivery from supplier.
- Liaise with supplier on sample development and defect part replacement.
- Update the respective departments on all delivery estimated time of arrival.
- Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation in system and make sure up to date.
- Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs.
- Ensuring that all raw material items are meet the required quality standards and specifications.
- Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets of purchasing.
Working Location : Midvalley & Banting (Able to claim mileage)
Job Requirements- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or its equivalent with minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Ability to communicate in both Mandarin and English as this candidate will be engaging with customer and suppliers.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
- Strong influential skills, analytical mindset, excellent interpersonal, management skills, communications skills and a team player.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with all levels of management
- Must have own transport
