Job Responsibility- Able to analyse sales and purchase data and make order planning to optimize inventory level
- Continuously source for new suppliers
- Execute order planning, PO issuance to supplier, and ensure timeliness delivery from supplier
- Liaise with supplier on defect part replacement or warranty issue
- Update the respective departments on all parts
- Able to arrange stock transfer and forwarding arrangement for outlet request
- To assist and execute any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
- Language proficiency: At least fluent (speak & write) in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English is an advantage

- Manage showroom Sales and Operations & overseeing retail staffs
- Keeping records of expenditure, sales figures, and staff performance
- Motivating staffs to achieve targets
- Ensure high levels of customer shopping experience
- Evaluating the supply and availability of stocks
- Monitoring shelve stocks and product displays, pricing, and the general appearance of showroom
- Training new staff members and scheduling shifts
- Follow all company's SOP and maintain company image
- Hardworking, Trustworthy & Honest
- Able to work on shift, weekends and/or public holidays
- Able to work at 1Utama / Mid Valley / Sunway Velocity / IOI City Mall / Setapak / Starling Mall / 3 Damansara
