Hours: 9am - 6pm
Days: Mondays through Fridays. National and Selangor state holidays observed
Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan
Salary Range : RM 2,500.00 - above (Experience, industry
dependent)

Job Requirement:
1. Ability to communicate in both English and Bahasa Melayu at an intermediate level (no Manglish please). Native Mandarin speakers are a plus
2. Working experience in the PR, Media, Relevant industries
preferably with a minimum of 2 years
2. Common sense. This is a must
3. A sense of ownership and the hunger to learn, along with the ability to carry out tasks independently
4. Coordination & management skills
5. A good idea of how Social Media works - Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin, TikTok, Bloggers, KOLs
6. Ability to build strong relationships with clients, key people and organisations
7. A creative mind partnered with the ability to find the best practical solutions
8. Actually want this job and not just to pass time - job hoppers
9. Able to multitask and work under tight deadlines

Job Description:
To assist the existing PR team in;
1. Planning publicity strategies and campaigns
2. Writing and producing presentations, proposals, news releases,
speeches, pitches, reports & other press documentations
3. Dealing with enquiries from clients, the public, the press, and related organisations
4. Organising and attending promotional events such as press conferences, open days exhibitions, tours and visits
5. Providing clients with information about new promotional opportunities and current PR campaigns progress
6. Media monitoring
7. Analysing media coverage
8. Commissioning or undertaking relevant market research
9. Liaising with clients, media and stakeholders which include ministries, government agencies and public
10. Social media content curation, strategising, scheduling and planning
