Job ResponsibilityJob Description:
o Establishing and maintaining relationships with distributor, consumer, community, employee, and public interest groups.
o Plan, manage, coordinate the promotion and publicity of the Company in the mass media, social media, You Tube and Vlog.
o Handle, manage, monitor and make complete reports about ambassadors, influencers and icons of the Company, and ensure that all their tasks are carried out accurately and effectively.
o Collaborate with the marketing team and ensure activities are consistent and in line with the brand.
o Conducting market research to identify new trends, fabrics and seek design inspiration analysing market data to determine fashion trends.
o Analyses the organization's objectives, promotional policies, and needs to build public relations strategies that influence public opinion and promote products, ideas, and services.
o Collaborates with Key Leaders to identify trends, evaluate advertising to determine whether it is in sync with the organization's public relation efforts, and providing advice on business decisions.
o Research and gather opportunities for sponsorship and collaboration.
o Manage and prevent reputational risk to all brands within the Company
o Raise and strengthen the image of the organization and manage feedback on issues involving the Company's image.
o Responsible for protocol in event management as well as responsible for managing press conferences, press release drafts, briefing notes and information, publication management, exhibitions and annual report.
o Any ad-hoc tasks as required by management.
Job Requirement:
o Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Public Relation/ Mass Communication/ Journalism/ Marketing or equivalent.
o Single and Female only
o At least 2 years of working experience
o Able to communicate well in both written and verbal skills in Malay and English
o A team player with creative problem-solving and organization skills
o Independent, able to prioritize and meet deadlines within short time frames
o Must have own a transportation and licence
o Able to travel oversea / state and work flexible hours
