Job Responsibility- To coordinate and execute administration requisition and documentation
- To assist superior in researching, finding and recommending cost reduction measure in all
aspect of administration and operation transactions
- Preparation of Invoice, Delivery Order, Quotation and Tenders
- To manage communication with internal (colleagues) and external (customers,
transporters)
Requirements:
- Protege Program (Ready To Work)
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Bachelor Degree in Business Studies or equivalent
- Proficiency in both spoken and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- A team player with positive working attitude
- Good time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
