Job Scope:
1. Monitoring Budget Estimations (BES) by event services.
2. Monitoring daily spares shipments
3. Following up on Main Component Replacement (MCR) and MIER daily.
4. Following up on C/ checks daily.
5. Communicating with customers; follow-up on quotations and parts delivery status, highlighting discrepancies.
6. Interacting with the Airbus Defense and Space (ADS) Central Office's pricing department.
7. Checking stocks availability from the warehouse (Inventory Data Visibility).
8. Perform any other duties as assigned by reporting superior.
Degree in Management and Administration, Logistics / Supply Chain Management, Aviation Management or related.
Spoken languages: English mandatory
Will be based at RMAF Subang Airbase.
Malaysia Citizen
Maximum 30 years old at the point of application
Priority will be given to Fresh Graduate who have yet to secure employment or worked in a lower qualification-level employment
