Job Scope:
1. Communicating with clients; provide acknowledgements and updates, request for additional information whenever required.
2. Communicating with suppliers; follow-up on quotations and parts delivery status, highlighting discrepancies.
3. Following up on vendor approval renewals.
4. Supporting the warehouse for parcels shipments and sourcing activities.
5. Assisting in clean-up of internal database, information records, and issuance of reports (Purchase Order (PO), Delivery Order (DO) and invoices).
6. Data analysis of logistics and freight activities for Airbus Malaysia's general procurement.
7. Perform any other duties as assigned by reporting superior.
Degree in Management and Administration, Logistics / Supply Chain Management, Aviation Management or related.
Spoken languages: English mandatory
Will be based at KLIA, Sepang.
Malaysia Citizen
Maximum 30 years old at the point of application
Priority will be given to Fresh Graduate who have yet to secure employment or worked in a lower qualification-level employment
