Job Scope:
1. Generating KPI (Key performance Indicators) reports.
2. Focal point of interaction between Warehouse and Customer Order Desk (COD) departments.
3. Implementing process improvement tools within the logistics scope (Process Confirmation Sheets; Safety, Quality, Cost, Deliverable, People (SQCDP); Lean Manufacturing tools; etc.).
4. Daily Action Monitoring for day to day tasks that require follow up.
5. Weekly site surveying of the warehouse.
6. Following up on stock / inventory transfers between warehouses.
7. Daily Stock Control Submission to customers.
8. Perform any other duties as assigned by the reporting superior.
Degree in Management and Administration, Logistics / Supply Chain Management, Aviation Management, Statistics or related.
Spoken languages: English mandatory
Will be based at RMAF Subang Airbase.
Malaysia Citizen
Maximum 30 years old at the point of application
Priority will be given to Fresh Graduate who have yet to secure employment or worked in a lower qualification-level employment
