Job Scope:
1. Handling PC deployment using Airbus standard master image.
2. Testing, validating and deploying latest patches.
3. Providing 2nd level IT field service support to local and remote users with regards to desktop, laptop, software and IT peripheral for incidents and service requests.
4. Providing 1st level IT field service support for endpoint facilities devices including printers, IP phones, video conference system and projectors.
5. Providing IT technical support to users including installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting.
6. Liaising with relevant vendors on purchase, repair and maintenance of computers and related IT peripherals.
7. Maintaining IT process documentation, knowledge bases and user manuals.
8. Working with IM East Asia Roof team on system implementation and support whenever required
9. Providing familiarization training to business users in regards to IT tools and services.
10. Contributing to constant improvement of service desk services, processes and procedures.
11. Perform any other duties as assigned by reporting superior.
Degree in Information Technology (IT) or related.
Spoken languages: English mandatory
Will be based at Subang Airport.
Malaysia Citizen

Priority will be given to Fresh Graduate who have yet to secure employment or worked in a lower qualification-level employment
