Job Responsibilityo Assists Quantity Surveyor in overall operation of QS & Contract Department such as tendering process, contract administration, costing and budgeting.
o Ensures operational work processes and documentations compliance with the company's Quality Management System.
o Ensures all project budgets are prepared timely, construction costs and variation orders are controlled within the budget.
o Checks and evaluate on progress claims and final accounts.
o Liaising with contractors, consultants and other relevant parties involved in the project.
