Job Responsibility1) Maintain full set of account, specifically construction accounting in compliance to
accepted accounting standards and principles.
2) Update and monitor fixed assets register.
3) Monitor and support taxation matters.
4) Liaise with customers to issue invoice, follow up payment, update database, etc.
5) Liaise with suppliers to make payment, email payment advice, update database, etc.
6) Liaise with external auditor for yearly closing to ensure audit is completed on a timely and
accurate basis.
7) Liaise with bankers on deposits and financing matters.
8) Liaise with lawyers for legal matters.
9) Prepare internal reports requested by management.
10) Handle any other duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
