Job Responsibility

• Able to handle customer objection and come out with solution
• Explore, identify and develop new customer based (locally)
• Provide after sales such as handling loan documents and solicitors
• Expand market & clientele and contribute positively to achieve sales targets
• Showroom presentation and commitment checking
• Review sales performance
• Negotiating price and package with buyers and owners
• Aiming to achieve monthly and annual targets

Job Requirements

• SPM (Min 5 passes) / Degree or higher academic in any fields.
• Independent, discipline and result driven.
• Exhibit strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
• Computer literate and numerate.
• Target oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
