Job Description
Job Responsibility
As a pioneer in establishing and overseeing the entire rental management sector
Responsible for the design and decoration of the property unit
Furniture Price Survey
Collect rent and other property fees from tenants and individual owners
Pay property costs, including taxes, insurance, and maintenance
Report property financial condition, occupancy and expiring leases to owners
Show the house to tenants
Advertise vacant properties on social media or other platforms
Inspect the property and schedule regular maintenance
Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
Arrange cleaning, arrange maintenance, etc.
Check a stock
Job Requirements
Liaise with owners, tenants and decoration
Willing to move within the Klang Valley
