Job ResponsibilityRESPONSIBILITIES:-
o Responsible for overall development and cost implications of all projects under your charge. Focus on sites and technical construction method.
o Checks for preliminary, conceptual, construction, submission and revised drawings for all projects based on the aspects of construction methods, cost efficiency and engineering design justification. Review structural drawings. Prepare and submit Request for Information (RFI) to consultant for inspection.
o Verify the approved method statement or work instructions.
o Liaise with relevant authorities, government bodies, sub-contractors, suppliers, and related departments.
o Supervise and monitor sub-contractor's work progress. Carry out quality inspection for work done by sub-contractors at site and maintain records.
o Arrange and conduct sub-contractor meeting and attend other technical interface meetings with consultants and / or other relevant parties.
o Responsible to represent developer on issuance of various drawings to main contractor, QS, procurement, Management Corporation, consultants and relevant authorities.
o Monitors developer's sales claim, forecast budgeting in weekly, monthly and annual basis.
QUALIFICATIONS:-
o Degree in Civil Engineering.
o Minimum 5 years related Project Development / Site Management working experience.
