Job ResponsibilityProperty Administrator job description
a) Arrange contractors to attend to maintenance issues;
b) Liaise with owner and tenants where applicable;
c) Property File upkeep;
d) Compile, printing and sending out property lists;
e) Handle day to day operations;
f) Diary management;
g) Filing office general office paperwork, sales paperwork;
h) Update banking, pipeline and weekly spreadsheets;
i) Prepare reports;
j) Keep a handle on all invoices/accounts/chasing completion monies;
k) File chasing;
l) Marketing/social media;
m) Provide administrative support;
n) Create invoices for fees and disbursements;
o) Provide aftercare services to our clients;
p) Answering phone as required and dealing with queries where possible, and/or taking accurate messages;
q) Archive electronic records, files and general file administration;
r) Responsible for the weekly and monthly and ad hoc advertising;
s) Responsible for general office housekeeping;
t) Arrange property viewing;
u) Meeting tenants to handover keys or collect keys; and
v) Any other ad hoc duties as may be prescribed by the Company from time to time
