Responsibilities:
o Manage key accounts
o Act as the point of contact for clients
o Organize regular client meetings to discuss their requirements
o Resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner
o Identify new and existing customers requirement
o Ensure budget and time requirements are met
o Stay up to date with new features and product launches
o Work closely with the Sales Team to promote the assigned product brands to the end user market.
o Monitor and report on sales performance analytics
o Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience
o Coordinating and managing sales activities such as cold calling, meeting, presentation and related matters to Engineering/SI/Consultancies companies, eyeing on the FEED projects opportunities
Qualification & Requirements:
o Bachelor's degree, Chemical/Process/Industrial/Instrumentation/Analyzer/ Electrical & Electronic Engineering, or associate degree with 1 or more years' experience in testing and commissioning of process analyzers/GC equipment or Diploma and 2 or more years' experience in Technical Sales/Project Sales/Proposal/Project.
o Must have experience in project sales or technical sales.
o Valid driver's license and good driving record is required
o Hands on experience with customer service
o An ability to gasp clients' needs and to increase customer engagement
o Solid knowledge of CRM software and MS Office
o Understanding of Sales Performance metrics
o Excellent communication and negotiation skills
o Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy-to-understand manner.
o Ability to multi-task activities with shifting priorities. Able to work productively in a pressurized environment.
