Job ResponsibilityWork within the Quality Group with all project team members, such as Project Management Engineering, Procurement, Production and Vendor Inspection Coordinator etc.
Responsible for allocating Project Quality Budget Forecasting and Actual Spent
Participate in review Material Data sheets.
Leads the Procurement Quality Team to deliver Client requirements throughout the Supply Chain
Provides assurance that processes and procedures for Supply Chain Management are adhered to by the Procurement and Delivery teams as referenced within the Project Quality Plan, notifies Project Quality auditor of any instances of non-compliance
Ensure and coordinate all the inspection and testing with customer representative and/or classification surveyor as per the Inspection and Test Plan (ITP)
Ensure the team monitor the progress of work and report the status of completion of the official inspection such as accepted, rejected, postponed or cancelled to the respective project manager
Ensure the Quality team prepare, review and document inspection and traceability records, certificates, radiography films and NDT reports for the submission to relevant party.
Ensure NDT contractors are qualified for the project and ensure NDT technician's certifications are acceptable to the client requirements.
Report any Non-Conformance (NC) and issue Corrective Action Request (CAR), where necessary
Implement and compile the monthly key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as per the project Quality Plan
Coordinate and manage package quality engineers, provide going support and guidance.
Manages Third Party Inspection Contracts, including inspector selection, competency checks and day to day management.
Establish network with other Company project quality groups to ensure best practices/lessons learnt are employed and captured and disseminated to Project Team members.
Champion quality compliance requirements within Project Team and Supply Chain organizations.
Work with delivery, engineering, procurement and site team to resolve quality issues.
Play an active role in ensuring that all project activities comply with required Company safety, environmental and ethical standards.
Take time to ensure personal safety and recognize safely concerns for fellow team members, reporting potential safety issues and unsafe acts.
