Job ResponsibilityJob Description:
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of project and scope
- Support to Project Managers in AI enabled projects, driving timely communication with clients and team members.
- Ensure that project specifications and procedures are properly followed on all projects involved.
- Ensure the quality of Pactera EDGE's service and deliverables are in accordance with client requirements and supports QA team when needed.
- Provide support to the global team and ensure full adherence to Company procedures, account-established processes and business goals.
- Help the team to detect any gaps or areas of improvement in existing procedures and suggest viable solutions to establish new procedures or optimize the existing ones as needed.
- Work closely with clients, meeting their requirements and handling on quality issues
- Manage the team to ensure quality and timely delivery and ensure continuous improvement.
- Work with recruitment team to acquire for resources
- Consolidation and validation for billing and payment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related field of study
- At least 2 year experience supporting project management or co-ordination
- Proven experiences in managing team.
- PMP certified is added advantage
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical and customer management skills
- Ability to work in a global environment with different working cultures
- Able to work in fast paced and challenging environment
- Self-motivated person who strives for performance, quality, efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work to meet all deadline
- Attention to details and problem-solving skill
