Job Responsibilityo Responsible for overall project planning, coordination, implementation, quality control and completion.
o Work closely with management team & other departments to ensure that scope and direction of project is on schedule.
o Monitor and manage overall financial, commercial, contractual and technical matters.
o Prepare reporting to management on project progress.
o Responsible of controlling and tracking project budget.
o Function as a focal point of contact (POC) during project delivery phase.
o Conduct regular project meeting with project team, customers, business partners and vendors.
o Work closely with end-users to understand business requirements and issues.
o Overseeing the implementation of revised company processes and workflows.
o At least 15 years working experience in project management
o Degree in Engineering preferentially mechanical
o Experience in project management for projects with multiple cross-team, multi-business/technical domains.
o Possess solid interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
o Ability to work under pressure and collating large quantities of information quickly without losing the attention for details.
o Possess PMI PMP certifications, or equivalent competencies.
o Experienced in corporate restructuring exercise.
o Experienced in designing workflow and process strategies to drive business efficiency.
o To communicate clearly and manage technical aspects during machinery procurement process
o To execute project including commissioning and validation
o To review and validate feedback to design and best practices a- to lead post project defect analysis if required
