Job Responsibility- Setting project objectives, obtaining buy-in from leadership to start the project and scope the execution plan.
- Engages the project stakeholders and related leaders to propose improvision plan.
- Develops project plan amidst limitations, providing alternative delivery approach to meet project milestones. Considerations of dependencies within the plan, requirements and scope, effort and resources, budgets and quality should be carefully executed.
- Ensures design of business/project transformation framework and intervenes when there is slippage and variance from business/project transformation framework plan.
- Proactively govern and closely support project execution throughout the project lifecycle.
- Accountability towards project obstacles and ensures resolution within agreed timescales by implementation of mitigating plans against identified risks and issues.
- Provides timely reports on project status, risks and issues, evaluating project performance based on senior leadership directions.
- Drives a culture of achievement and ensure pace by identifying and removing barriers to project success.
- Lead and ensures project team follow quality assurance processes and drives change management strategies.
- Always be ready for ad-hoc support required by production/business.
