Job Responsibility1. To provide support in defining Contract Management strategy and establishing the systems, processes, and organization for effective contract management.
2. When applicable, attend the Handover meeting with Operation and legal and verify the completeness of Contract documents with clients.
3. To ensure that all pre-award contractual phases are completed before mobilization and execution of work.
4. Facilitate internal kick-off meeting with company personnel to review contract terms and conditions, the change order process, and claims avoidance.
5. Oversee reviews of Contract Execution Plans.
6. To provide support in ensuring compliance with Contract Terms and Conditions, Scope of Work, Deliverables and Schedule.
7. To review the company's Monthly Report advising on contractual issues (potential claims, liabilities, LDs, etc.) and company non-performances, advising appropriate actions to be taken.
8. To advise appropriate action and strategy to remedy contractual shortfalls.
9. To act as a focal point for review and challenge of Proposed Change Notice (PCN)'s, Variation Order; Proposal (VOPs) (either at change meetings or via formal correspondence); provide advice for acceptance/rejection to Contract Holder and advise appropriate action to take in case of extracontractual charges.
10. To act as a focal point for the administration of any back charges, concession notices, or potential claims, participate in the evaluation, negotiation, and settlement as directed.
11. To support contract compliance review and audit activities and ensure implementation of audit report recommendations by the teams involved.
12. Perform any other tasks and /or special projects assigned by the management which is related to the job from time to time.
