Job Responsibility- Lead, plan, monitor, coordinate and control project on site. Including team management.
- Subcon, supplier & worker management.
- Project budget control and claims.
- Drive project progress to completion as per plan.
- Problem solving.
- Manage resources & manpower.
- Ensure site conforms to safety standards.
- Quality Control of work.
- Reporting to management and enforce company control processes.
- Attend & lead project meetings.
- Ensure the documentations are in order & timely correspondences issuance.
- Liaise with consultants, clients and local authorities on documentation, samples and others.

Qualifications & Requirements :
o Degree/ Diploma in Civil Structure, Architectural, Building & Construction, QS or equivalent.
o MS Office, CAD and Project competent.
o 5 years' experience in building project management.
o Competent in planning and leading project including liaison with consultants.
o Good people management skills.
