Job Description
Job Responsibility
Monitor the shipping activity with regard to preparation of Shipping Documentation, Shipping Instructions, Scheduling, and other shipping related matters to ensure timely delivery / arrive of goods and customs clearance.
Follow up the actual arrangement of the formwork returning to the factory according to the lease and repurchase agreement, i.e. the logistics arrangement and liaise with site supervisor.
Place booking request and coordinating for sailing schedule, transit time & etc with shipping lines/ forwarding agent, courier services and transporter.
Remind commercial and contract team to make service agreement, remind group shipping company to make receivable plan and follow up service charge receivable.
Handle preparation of import/export documentation and demonstrate full logistics support functions.
Assist and Manage Sales Team for others work related matters
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in International Business, Supply Chain & Logistics Management.
Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
1-2 years of experience in Global Logistics & Supply Chain Management or Project Management preferred.
Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
