Job ResponsibilityResponsible for project management, supervision and daily operations of project sites.
Job Description: -
1. To coordinate all projects (consultancy or turnkey projects), and to ensure timely completion within approved budget and quality control at all times.
2. To assist the Senior Project Manager in organizing, planning, supervising and monitoring project independently.
3. To ensure timely completion to project assigned.
4. Able to communicate and coordinate well with suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure high quality of works.
5. To submit daily report of work progress & record minutes.
6. To record defects upon completion of works.
Job requirements:-
o Candidate must possess at least Certificate or Diploma in Interior Design.
o At least 2 years working experience in Interior Design or related field.
o Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
o Required language: English both spoken & written and mandarin/cantonese
o Minimum 2 years working experience in project management.
o Must possess own transportation for outstation projects.
o Able to work in flexible hours.
